Cancellation Policy

# BRINKLEYS LASER TAG BOOKING POLICY By making a booking with Brinkleys Laser Tag, you agree to the following booking terms. ## BOOKINGS & PAYMENT Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Players must arrive at least **15 minutes before their scheduled session** to allow sufficient time for check-in, equipment allocation and the safety briefing. Late arrival may result in reduced playing time. Sessions cannot be extended where this would delay subsequent bookings. ## RESCHEDULING ### Open Battle Bookings Bookings may be rescheduled up to **24 hours before the scheduled session**, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated and the booking may be forfeited. ### Private & Group Bookings Private or exclusive battlefield bookings may be rescheduled up to **48 hours before the scheduled session**, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 48 hours before the session may result in the booking being forfeited. ## CANCELLATIONS ### Open Battle Bookings Cancellations made at least **24 hours before the scheduled session** may receive a booking credit or be moved to another available session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session and no-shows are normally non-refundable. ### Private & Group Bookings Cancellations made at least **48 hours before the scheduled session** may receive a booking credit or be rescheduled, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are normally non-refundable. ## MINIMUM PLAYER REQUIREMENT Open Battle sessions require a minimum of **4 players in total** to proceed. Players do not need to make a single group booking to meet this minimum. If a session does not reach the minimum number of players, Brinkleys Laser Tag may move your booking to another suitable available session. If no suitable alternative can be agreed upon, you may choose a booking credit or refund. ## WEATHER Brinkleys Laser Tag is an **outdoor activity** and is therefore subject to weather conditions. Light rain, cloud cover or cooler weather will not necessarily result in cancellation. Brinkleys Laser Tag reserves the right to delay, suspend or cancel a session where weather or field conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable for play.
